Targeted area massage
45 minutes — £30
Assessment, 30 minutes of targeted area massage — i.e. back & neck, upper body, lower body — and aftercare advice.
Full body massage
1 hour 15 minutes — £45
Assessment, 60 minute full body therapeutic massage, and aftercare advice. Acupuncture and dry needling can form part of this treatment if required.
Extended full body massage
1 hour 45 minutes — £70
90 minutes of massage with 15 minute consultation and aftercare. Full body therapeutic massage with extra time spent on the areas that are bothering you. Acupuncture and dry needling can form part of this treatment if required.
Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Medical acupuncture or dry needling - initial appointment
1 hour 15 minutes — £45
Medical acupuncture involves inserting thin needles into specific points across the body for both treatment and prevention of a range of issues including chronic pain, joint pain, back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions, headaches and migraines.
Dry needling is an effective treatment using muscular trigger points for treating and managing musculoskeletal conditions.
Both work well as a single treatment but can have better or longer lasting results with a short course of treatments.
